About Fudo-Hikaku

We Are The Conectorfor quality sushi

The sushi culture in Japan varies, ranging from conveyor belt sushi to traditional sushi restaurants. I am planning a project to create a website where the taste and texture of sushi can be analyzed, and customers can provide their evaluations on the official site.

Traditionally, umami in Japan has been primarily associated with sweetness. However, since sweetness and deliciousness depend on individual taste preferences, we will conduct a vote to understand what flavors are preferred by everyone's palate.

As the project targets people from foreign countries as well, the website will be available in six languages: English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Chinese (Taiwan), Korean, and Japanese. For those who love food and travel, this will be a valuable source of information, helping tourists enjoy unique culinary experiences.
